The eight BCBAs each perform three to four initial assessments and three to four reassessments a month, which placed a significant cognitive and administrative burden on each clinician. They were seeing each report taking about six hours. LaFlair could see those hours multiplied across the team, taking away hours that should have gone to the caseload, to supervising a growing team, and to the families waiting for services. He needed to give that time back without asking a single clinician to cut a report short.

Clinicians feed it the skills assessment, the behavior assessment, prior reports, and any supplemental notes.
